Godwin Wangong’u

Godwin holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Currently a Senior Partner at Mboya Wangong’u & Waiyaki Advocates, Godwin began his legal practice at Nyachae & Company Advocates in 1988 following his admission to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya.

He is a Patent and Trade Mark agent, Commissioner of Oaths, Notary Public, member of the Law Society of Kenya, member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya, member of the Corporate and Commercial and the Real Estate & Banking Practice and heads the Tax Law Practice.  Godwin’s areas of expertise include; Corporate and Commercial law, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisition, Privatisation & PPP’s, Capital Markets, Tax Law Planning, Technology Media & Telecoms, Intellectual Property and Energy & Infrastructure.
